The first Desktop 7000 I received had a dead keyboard. I got an RMA and trying to get all of the items back in the original packaging was harder than solving a Rubek's Cube. The replacement I received is working fine. One thing the mouse could definitely use is a back button. That is why I rated it a 3 for Features. |
