The worst product ever
I bought it to capture my old VHS videos through the composite connection. No way. It losts more frames that it captures. I'm using again my old FlyVideo bought in 2000. Money wasted

Capture Device Failure
Capture device failure. The fix as I was told by the Pinnacle was by a new one.Software is good.Hardware nothing good to say.

NO HDMI
This dose not support HDMI can you believe that in this day and age... I got this for my game play to put online.... Studio 14 takes for ever to load and when it dose it will not transfer vidoe unless it through composite(even with a converter it will not work for HDMI)vidoe is choppy and sound is off and will freez in a min if you got something runing in the backround(like the system clock)and this software that comes with it DONOT SEE ANY OTHER DEVICE YOU PUT IN YOUR COMPUTER so good luck with your camcorders... all in all if you have a table that one legg is off this will do the trick cuz you an't getting no good video out of it....

Don't Waste Your Time or Money
This is the biggest piece of junkI have ever TRIED to use. I wasted three days of my life with this product. The device does produce a signal half of the time. The software crashes and never shuts down without windows having to close program. The two times I actually succeeded in capturing video (never more than 8 minutes worth)the quality was horrible and the audio was out of sinc with the picture. Run, run fast from this product. I just wish I could get the three wasted days of my life back.

Still not the latest software
This device comes with version 12.1 of the Studio software. The website and the tutorials say that the latest SW is a much-improved version 14. To get that I need to pay an additional $65. I've tried emailing them but have basically gotten a runaround. On the other hand, it works as advertised.
