Great scanner for the price
I'm restoring old photos. The scanner picks up enough detail to do a good job for me. It is easy to transport to and from my family's homes and be used with my laptop.

Not a bad scanner
Love the speed compared to my old Canon scanner and the scan quality is great. Canon did have much easier software to use though. Epson could improve this. Would buy this unit again though if needed.

don't waist your time
been working on it for two days trying to get it to work. one part says to update drivers other says it has the proper drivers.

Great deal, easy to install
Upgraded a family member's PC to a new Windows 7 machine, and the old scanner didn't have drivers compatible with that system. This one installed right out of the box, easy peasy. Also got a great price.

Great and Economical Product
This scanner is great for the price. It does a fantastic job quality wise! In addition, the software for the Epson V300 works really well with the Vista OS, which is not easy for me to find anymore. Usually, I have major issues with conflicting software and a scanner device. That happens a lot with Hp products. So I am happy with the quality of the Epson scanner and the usability. My photo's are scanning with ease. Although it is time consuming to manually enter each photo, I was on a budget and needed a scanner with high resolution that I could afford. Overall, this was a good purchase and I have no regrets! Also this company offered free shipping for this item. That was a major plus! I would recommend this product to others.

Does a very nice job
It sits very nicely on my desk and does exactly what I needed it to do, mostly scanning checks and receipts. I haven't tried scanning in slides or negatives yet, but I'm sure this scanner will do a real good job.

Great product
I have been using HP scanners for years because I thought they were easy to use. I was wrong. I love this one. I can either simply push the button or switch the software into professional mode to increase the resolution or saveas a PDF!

This is perfect
This is perfect, it is fast has great resolution and is the first economical scanner that does a great job on my 16MM slides.
