Built-in Digital Tuner
Features an integrated digital tuner for access to analog or digital cable (clear QAM), and digital over-the-air broadcasts (ATSC). The digital tuner may used independently from your cable or satellite box.
No Monthly Fees
Watch and control your TV and its programming on your compatible mobile phone, PDA, laptop or desktop with no monthly subscription fee.**
*Picture quality is dependent on network speed. Streaming in HD-resolutions is only currently available for Windows. Support for HD on Mac is upcoming.

I had a slingbox pro for a little over a year. Great, GREAT device.
It suddenly stopped working with blinking lights on the front panel. I stepped through all of the troubleshooting tips with no success. I contacted with Sling Media for support. I am two weeks out of warranty. Sling would not assist unless I paid the fee.
I did some research on line to find SEVERAL reports of the box failing. I again contacted Sling Media mentioning the entries online. Granted I am two weeks out of warranty. I thought Sling Media would assist out of customer service courtesy. NOPE.
For the price of the device, I expect it to last more than one year. Given the numerous entries of problems, I expected more customer service effort. Be advised.
