This is a great little bluetooth headset. It fits my ear well, not perfect but I can wear it for hours without discomfort. People I talk to say they have no problems hearing me, I don't have trouble hearing or understanding people talking to me. Battery life is good, I get at least 4 hours of talk time with it. It is a great value. |

I liked it at first. But this device has a tiny sliding plastic on-off switch on the side that breaks within a few weeks of use. Once that breaks, you have no way to turn it on or off. Before it broke, it was also hit or miss as far as resyncing with my phone if I walked away with the phone while the earpiece was charging. It also did not perform well in any sort of wind, such as walking around outside. Callers just heard the wind. That is probably a problem with most bluetooth earpieces however. I was also often told that I was mumbling with this device if I did not talk very loud and pronounce everything. I retired this thing after a few months. Not sure what I will buy next. Too bad they don't have good wired earpieces any more. You could at least count on those to work. |

I got the BT530 after my JX10 started failing. The BT530 is very comfortable. I wear it for work, sometimes 8 hours straight and it never becomes uncomfortable. It also comes with a handful of additional silicon earpieces. The sound quality on both ends is very good. People that I talked to couldn't tell that I was on a headset. I've heard complaints about low volume, but I did not have that experience. I use it while driving on the expressways and road noise is never an issue. The only shortcoming is that the charger cord that comes with it is laughably short, only about 8 inches long, but that has nothing to do with the performance of the headset. I would recommend this to anybody as a good value at 60 dollars. |

I finally found the perfect headset. It actually fits and stays in my ear. I lost count on how many headsets I have tried. I could never get them to stay in my ear. I have to thank the customer service person for suggesting this headset as well...he 'nailed it' exactly to what I wanted. I do wish it came with a holder of some kind but that is not going to effect my rating of a great product. The sound in and out is perfect. Just a little note to be careful with the on/off switch as it popped out once-fortunately in my hands-it is tiny- but we popped it right back in. I would recommend this one to anyone and/or buy it as a gift as well. Thanks Jabra!! |
