WILL NOT RUN

As soon as I turned computer on for the first time all I got was 5 blinking red lights. I downloaded a manual and it stated bad pre-video error. Apparantly this company does not test these computers before shipping. I call Joy tech support and the best reply I got was that all the tech support lines were busy. How convenient for them. I'll never buy another refurbished computer again.

Small, somewhat quirky

I really did not expect too much from this box. It had my basic requirements - Win Xp Pro, DVD burner, decent size hard drive. It also has a non-functional floppy drive. It met or exceeded my expectations in all areas. When I open the case, I will replace the DVD burner with a better one, attempt to make the floppy drive work and possibly add some memory. The small footprint will be of advantage to us when we move in a while.

Great Value!

Purchased this for use by my 9 year old grandson with autism. I set it up in a very basic configuration and load a special browser for his use. It performs perfectly for hours of enjoyment. I have been pleased with all of my purchases from this company.

Good Basic Computer

Bought this computer to replace an old one that was not used much. It did all it was supposed to do and at a great price.

What A Great Surprise

I love this machine. It looked brand new, inside and out. XP Pro booted up immediately to a clean display with only two icons ie no garbage programs whatsoever. I downloaded Piriform's Speccy and found out the CPU was dual core. I then noticed that there was a sticker on the front that stated ''Dual Core''. When I popped the lid, I couldn't believe that the HDD and DVDRW were connected via SATA. This computer is built like the proverbial battleship. There was an extra bay where I am going to install a 120GB SSD. This computer really rocks!

Product met my expectations

We have a netbook, 2 laptops, an iPad and 2 smartphones in the house but we needed an inexpensive computer for the grandchildren to use, this isn't the fastest or newest product but the price, options and condition of the unit ticked all the boxes for me. I've made several other purchases from this company and I've been happy with all of them.

i have ordered from here before and always had good luck not this time the computer lasted less than a week before the hard drive crashed it took me 4 days and numberous calls to get it returned but Regg was the best help got it returned and credit issued thanks regg

Great Purchase

I bought this unit to replace and old computer. I needed and wanted a computer that came and had Windows XP. I didn't want or need all the bells and whistles; all I needed was a computer that worked, which this one does. An outstanding computer for the price. I might be in the market for another.

Great Christmas Present

We bought this for my brother-in-law for Christmas. He's not big into the latest of everything, so the fact that this doesn't have all the bells and whistles was just fine. He was up and cruising the web for MP3s in less than a half hour. Good, reliable machine. Great Christmas solution!!
