The D7560 is a good printer and served my purpose. When it arrived and I opened it the USB cord was missing, and I'm glad I saved my old one from my old HP printer.

This printer is adequate, but I was more satisfied with previous HP printers that I have owned. The actual printing speed is fast, but it is negated by the slow ''warm-up'' process. I have had to adjust the printer settings more frequently to get the coloring that I want. The pictures do look good when the coloring is correct. It does have nice features, like the CD/DVD printer and the touchscreen control.

This is the worst printer software ever! I have spent hours on the phone with tech support in India and finally an American. Have been trying to install the bloatware software for over 30 hours. Keeps coming up with this error (MSI.dot4wrp01) and they have NO answer for it.
Computer now crashes all the time and system restore does not work. I have to use Safe mode to restore. Dozens of emails with tech support, try this try that, NO THAT DOES NOT WORK - WE ALREADY TRIED THAT 10 EMAILS AGO - AGHHH. Are they that stupid?
What a flipping %@#*&#$ headache, thanks hp for the new paper weight!
The only thing this has printed out was the calibration page after I installed the inks.
Save your time and money and DO NOT buy a hp.
