I am 98% pleased with my purchase. The quality is more than I expected. Photos look as if I had them developed professionally, and photocopies are perfect. Installation of the software to all four of our computers was easy. My only complaints are that while operating, the printer shakes the table it sits on quite violently. Also, the printer takes a lot of time prepping itself before it prints and then re-prepping itself after it prints, which is annoying when I want to quickly photocopy a couple pages. I select ''copy'', and the printer moves it printer heads back and forth, makes noises and shakes my table. When it is finally prepared, I print my document and then remove the original so that I might photocopy the next. But then I must wait the 15 to 30 seconds for the printer to ''prepare'' itself again. It's still a great printer...unless you're in a hurry. |

Had been using a HP Photosmart P1000 for the longest. Time to upgrade, after testing printer after printer, this is the one I had to go with. Excellent quality scanning, printing. Photo printing is extremely comparable to professional quality. Wonderful printer. |

I have had my hands on a lot of printers in the past few years looking for the best printer. I found it in the C6380.
Easy set up, Great WIFI Printing, Brilliant Color, Good Price on Ink! You can't go wrong. |

Installed the machine and the software of choice off of the included CD and it all worked fine. Did not need the wireless feature so did not try it. Prints quite fast. |

First, let me say I've read most of the reviews on here, and while I did base my decision off them, I also looked at the price and features. I wanted a wireless printer, and already had an HP, so I chose this one. The printer was hooked up by my husband and I. We found that installation of the ink, and to our laptops, was actually quite easy, the instructions were very helpful, and the disk for the computers did most of the work. After getting it all installed and printing off the test pages, our computers (running windows vista) began having problems with the internet explorer, problems we weren't having before installation of the software disk. Everytime we opened a new page and then clicked it off it would freeze up all pages, and close Internet Explorer, even ones we weren't using at the time. I tried to fix it myself, and after a couple hours I finally called HP. After uninstalling the software, everything is fine. Otherwise this printer is great, and very convenient. |
