Love HP but not this one. Slow (over 3 minutes to print 5 index cards, 5 words and a line on each). Photo tray keeps saying there is no paper even when it is full. Cuts off the side of 4 x 6 photos. Makes beautiful copies. But prints very slow - very disappointed.
Excellent in everyday use!

This printer is used constantly in a retail store environment and never lets us down. I especially like the fact that it will take the XL ink cartridges. The printing on CD/DVD feature is why we purchased this printer and it works well too. Also, the scanner / copier comes in handy too. We are 100% satisfied with this printer.

After installation, I had trouble getting it to print to disk. the software HP Essential 3.0 it came with don't support that aspect of it. I had to go to hp.com and download the HP Essential 3.5 software I had to call 1-800.HP.INVENT to find that out. It should have came with updated software. After that it worked fine, a little noisy, and uses ink quickly. but prints great photos, Overall a good value for the money if you don,t do a lot of printing.

HP has a winner with this printer. I have used this printer for awhile now and with NO problems. The ''Blue Tooth'' function is a nice touch. The C5580 is a breath of fresh air in a market that sometimes gives us poor products for a high price. This printer is worth much more than the street price. It prints GREAT photos as well as black and white. Software that comes with this printer will give you a bunch of functions that you WILL use daily. Thanks HP for a great printer!

Got Print Media For Your Printer? What is Print Media? Print media
consists of paper, envelopes, cardstock, overhead transparencies, and labels
that are used with printers. Basically, Print Media is anything you print
on.
Printers are
characteristically required to handle print media of various paper types.
