For the price, the headset is great. The sound quality is decent and I found it very easy to connect to my phone and my computer on the first try. My only minor complaint is the rubber cable connecting to two pieces... I think it is too short because every time I turn my head, it catches on the skin on the back of my neck and sometimes pulls off one of the earpieces. It could use a little more slack.

Bought this a year ago. Great features and performance. I have it paired with my HP laptop and my Treo 750. It's heavier than I would like and I broke one of the ear clips from bending it too much. It's used a lot. Works great!

This product works great!
This is my third bluetooth stereo headset, and it is by far the best.
Sits outside the ear, not an earbud.
Stays firmly in place.
Only change I would make is the addition of an equalizer and removing the phonebook (useless).

I purchased the Jabra BT8010 last night and immediately proceeded to set it up. At first I had problems as it kept losing signal, even when my phone was in front of it. Saturday morning I started from scratch, factory reset and downloading the latest firmware. No more lost signal. I also downloaded the Control center software , which allows you to carry 30 names and numbers in the headset. This is a very good product for the Price. It paired easly with my phone, and my laptop. On the phone, I have listened to MP3 through Win Media player, as well as internet radio. Works with Skype also. Music controls allows Pause and playback, skip forward, volume control. It has an equalizer built in with presets for Jazz, pop, rock, classic, etc. Phone functions allow answer/end voice redial, call waitng, caller id The sound, although not great, is very good, and phone conversation is suprisingly clear both ways. Can use it on either side. Downside, no skip back for music.

I use this product to listen to music while working out, it works great!!! I haven't had a problem yet and I probably won't. The only bad things are that it doesn't offer a equalizer options and it has no Bass. But still sounds good.

Technically,
Bluetooth is a specification for the use of low-power radio communications to wirelessly link phones, computers and other network devices over short distances. The name "Bluetooth" is borrowed from Harald Bluetooth, who was a king in Denmark more than 1,000 years ago
(Computer people choose the strangest names!). Bluetooth technology was designed primarily to support simple wireless networking of personal consumer devices and peripherals, including cell phones, PDAs,
and wireless headsets.
