And that is also the case with Epson, who brings to you a wonderful device for printing and scanning dubbed as the Epson Workforce 40.
Engineered to give today’s emerging businesses the degree of speed and image quality needed to increase productivity and stand out, Epson’s Workforce line of Inkjet printers and all-in-one devices feature exceptionally fast print speeds for increased efficiency. The Epson WorkForce 40 printer is an ideal printer, with copying, scanning, and faxing capabilities, as well as versatile photo printing. This model comes with a standard paper input of 100 sheets and supports different paper sizes from A4 up to Custom sizes. Additionally, the Epson WorkForce 40 measures 17.1-inch (W) x 21.9-inch (D) x 12.5-inch (H).
Some models include printers with built-in Wi-Fi using the 802.11 b/g standards and wired networking to share and print files from virtually anywhere in the office. It also provides 5760 x 1440 dpi print resolution for sharp text and vibrant color graphics. The WorkForce 40 has laser-quality color text up to 38 ppm in default mode and black text up to 27 ppm.
Furthermore, the WorkForce 40 includes four individual ink cartridges, making it easy replace only the color that has been exhausted. Likewise, high-capacity black ink cartridges can accommodate high volume tasks. Epson’s exclusive all-pigment inks produce laser-quality text and stunning graphics on all media types. The ink offers smudge and water resistance to protect important documents. It is also fade resistant on plain paper, claimed to last six times longer than leading competitive prints. Also, it is highlighter-friendly on plain paper.
Another feature of the WorkForce 40 is Epson’s print head technology that features smart nozzles that can each produce and precisely place three sizes of ink droplets, as small as two pico-liters. This technology is also featured in large-scale printers used by leading commercial and industrial companies across the globe to deliver innovative digital, photo lab and textile printing products and services. In addition, the WorkForce model is Energy Star compliant and uses up to three times less energy than a laser printer, and includes built-in double-sided printing capabilities for increased paper saving.
When it comes to design, the WorkForce 40 features a sleek and compact design that fits well in any executive or small office setting. It really works well with Windows Vista, XP, XP Professional, and 2000 editions, so as with Mac OS from 10.3.9 versions to 10.5.x ones.
