AccessHD 1030D Digital Converter
This compact, low cost AccessHD 1030D Digital Converter enables analog TVs and “digital ready” TVs to receive off-air UHF and VHF digital television signals. Simply attach your antenna to the back of the AccessHD 1030D Digital Converter and it will convert your local broadcast stations’ standard, enhanced, and high-definition digital signals into an analog TV signal format. This AccessHD 1030D Digital Converter connects to your television using your choice of composite video (RCA jack) or 75 ohm RF cable.

so far so good
Good enough for the money, I wish it had a few more features but it receives more channels than a higher priced RCA model I have.

Sound doesn't work
The picture quality is great but the sound has a loud static noise that I can't get rid of which makes the TV unwatchable. The noise increases with the volume and the audio is just barely noticeable in the background.

Great picture
It seems to work well. The picture quality is very good. Only niggle was that it wouldn't show channel 3 and output to channel 3 at the same time. I changed the output to channel 4 and all is well. I will buy another.

Does a very basic job
The unit was easy to install and setup. Picture and sound quality is fine. Only problem is that it only found 9 channels, while my LCD TV with a digital tuner using the same antenna signal found 12 channels. But for $35, I can still watch some basic TV on the old TV in the basement, so I am o.k. with it.

No Problems
Hooked this up to an old tv - picked up all the antenna stations, just like my main tv. Picture quality is great. There was a buzz that came out of the tv that increased when the volume was adjusted. Resolved this by using the red white yellow composite cable instead of the coaxial to the tv
