Works OK - needs improvement
I love this product - when it works! I purchased two units 8 weeks ago and both have gone bad. The small end of the USB cable is fitting too loose to the graphic adapter. I advised company and was told to send everything back. Both units, both have gone bad. Time to try another vendor.

wont recommend
This thing only works on half of the computers in our company. for the ones that worked, two of the machines got blacked screen when seated in their docking stations. they will not have any choices but to restart their machines and lose all their work. We had to roll back the drivers to make functional.

Great Product - Did the Job!
As a work at home retiree, I need to have 2 monitors to see the different programs plus the script and the web site. The Display Adapter did the job. The only downside is that it gets very hot so whenever possible, I turn my monitors off to give the adapter time to cool off a bit.

Works in a pinch
I am using this with my MacBook Pro (usb2.0). I needed two external monitors and this worked well for the 2nd one. only 2 drawbacks ... First, don't try playing video on the attached display. Second, screen capture (command-shift-4) doesn't work for the attached display. All in all, a good product, easy to setup.

Love these adapters!
We have been using these adapters to expand alot of your office systems to double monitors and most have just simply worked right out of the box. I think the only issue is some of our systems are older so I have had to use a powered USB hub on some, otherwise the system locks on startup or the screens will sometimes lose the connection so I would recommend grabbing a powered hub at the same time to be safe.

Been using for over a year with no issues
Have had this for over a year now and use it on a daily basis without issues. A little more than I had originally wanted to pay for the extra monitor to be able to hook up, but have been satisfied ever since.

Awesome Product
Used it to add third monitor to system. It automatically detected that the monitor was portrait mode. I also plan on using it with my laptop so as not to mess up my screen when projecting with a standard screen LCD projector.
