Performs well.
Easy install: two restarts with CD in drive. Performance was better than integrated Ethernet on MB. No more Ethernet crashes when used with web modem.

Cheap fix
My onboard network card went bad. Fixed it for $10 thanks to this little card. Auto detected OK by Vista. No configuration needed.
