Purchased the Tom Tom One Model 125 last year. Didn't think I would like it but it is a great GPS for the $$. User friendly and easy to use. After using the Tom Tom a few times, I really got to like it.... so much that I bought the Tom Tom One model 130 for my wife. She likes the easy to use operation and program features. We both use our Tom Toms all the time ... wouldn't leave home without them! |

I bought two refurbished units for Christmas presents back in September. I decided to try them before I wrapped them and could not enter my own address. I live in an area where there are fire numbers i.e. 1N123 Easy St. I could not find a way to enter the N between the numbers. I tried to return them, but was told I had to deal with TomTom since I purchased them so long ago. I have sent two e-mails to TomTom requesting instructions. The first one was ignored. The second received a reply that they were having a lorge volume of e-mail traffic and that someone would get back to me soon. I'm still waiting. |

I ordered this unit for a trip to Canada. When I received it, I hooked it up to the computer to register and update the software at Tom Tom. After the update, the unit would not turn on and when it fially did it was just a white screen! This was NOT a refurbished unit. Went to BestBuy and paid $2.00 more and that unit worked perfect. |
