Macdaddyzman,Here This is the Best computer I have ever had for a old-school man its the bomb.I just need time to figure all of this out its so easy just plug and play for the most part!Not much in the box telling you anything so I just called,and 1 of the guy's told me just plug it in and BAM it was on and downloading updates!Thanks for the Best Dam Deal in a Long time!I would buy it again if I needed 2!The movies look GREAT!I could go on more but its just to good got to look at another movie! Zya and Thanks I had to get another 1 sent to me as the you-Cam did not work ! NOW i SEE THAT THE 500GB hard drive is on-sale, Hope that I can get a deal on this Honey,If so I will buy 1 for me !

Nice product with bad pwr supply
I bought this in Jan 2009 and was impressed at the great features, low price, small footprint. It was a great computer. However, in Mar 2010 it's power supply failed, and due to the design I can't just swap it out with another one. From online research, this seems to be a common failure item. While I was very pleased at first, now I'm frustrated at being high and dry with no tech support.

Very nice machine, I would definitely recommend it for the older generation as it truly is a plug and play. I have now had it for several months and use both the computer and the TV functions, both work great. I pulled the unit out of the box and plugged it in and away it went. Very vice set-up and great price.

My rating is mixed for the moment. I set it up out of the box with no problems--it connected to my network with no problems; computer looks good, works fine....EXCEPT--no sound! I've checked everything I can think of, updated the driver, checked all the volume settings and there's just no sound. NO documentation in the box to help out and very minimal online support. Disappointing.
