Just because your CD player or car stereo don't work with MP3s doesn't mean your library of tracks has to stay on your computer. The Prolynkz Wireless Digital FM Transmitter allows you to play your MP3 device through your existing stereo or automobile speakers. Just tune in to 88.1 or 107.9 on your FM dial. The transmitter broadcasts your tunes up to ten feet from the transmitter to the radio. It can memorize up to 4 FM frequencies, and features a low battery indicator to signal you when you're running out of juice. When it rains, there is some inteference, and occasionally i can here my car engine in the speakers. Also have to fiddle with the plug in to keep it powered. Doesnt appear to offer stereo sound, but hey, it was 12 dollars, so i knew what i bought. |

For $13 I can't complain too much. If i touch the audio plug it gets noisy and when I have the ipod charging and transmitting at the same time it makes a weird noise. Also, the power plug falls out easily. Other than that, it's working ok. It even tells me the temperature. I'm not sure why that feature is there, but it's cool I guess. Sound quality is what you would expect of a $13 transmitter. |

Iit works just great had to learn how to use it but now that I am a pro I love it. At first I was doing things wrong but now I correct my mistakes It works just great. I would recommed this to my friends. |

I got 3 of these on clearance. The first one actually blew a fuse in my car when it died. They eat batteries so fast that the clock function is useless, since I had to replace the batteries nearly every time I used it (once or twice a week). I now install the batteries only when I use it. I'm impressed with the range. I play internet radio shows on my computer and use it to listen in my basement laundry room - about 30 to 35 feet away. OK for $5, but I will look for something better, next time. |
