Works, Beware if this is for a PC
Ok if you are buying this to connect a mini HDMI on a video card to your tv, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: 1. I have a Nvid 470 GT. The DVI and mini HDMI are so close that you cannot use this and both DVI's at the same time without cutting off one of the screws on the DVI connector. 2. The mini HDMI is to close the the top of the card and it interferes with the tower. I had to remove several pieces of metal off my case to get it to fit. We'r talking about a hack saw, vice grip, hammer and and bolt cutter to accomplish this. My case now looks like something out of a geek squad nightmare. I got mine to work, but it wasn't easy or clean. You've been warned. If you're trying to do the same thing I would recommend the kind that has the mini HDMI, about 6

Works Mostly
I got this for an HD camcorder. With an HDMI cable it works well. With an HDMI to DVI cable on a monitor it doesn't work. It might be the camcorder, but I hope this helps anyone trying to use adapters in ridiculous ways like I do.

Compact and works great!!
Fits Sony HDR SR11 mini-HDMI interface nicely. The sides of the adapter fits in the opening perfectly.
