Quiet and Effective

I recently purchased a SFF machine with an OEM power supply. The machine performed beautifully, unfortunately my studio requires better graphics capabilities than it could handle without a decent card. So I had to upgrade the power supply to handle one, and found that nothing fit. This was an issue. This was my final call, as a reasonably efficient PSU that wouldn't take up much space and provided a reasonable amount of power. It surprised me. It's dead quiet, and the length of the cables was more than enough to thread through the back and reconnect my hardware. It's modularity is a blessing. Five stars.

Been looking for this for sometime!

I needed a stronger PSU for my desktop (which I built) using a mATX case & form factor. I run Windows 7 Ultimate with 2 hard drives, a DVDRW, PCIxpressX2 graphics & a wifi card. Quite, works like a charm & I'm very satisfied from ordering to delivery. I've had it about 2 months now & feel very secure with it. Great buy!

Great power supply

The power supply in my htpc died and I needed a replacement. This works as advertised and the modular cables helped to clean up the inside of my case. It is very quiet and easy to install.

Smooth Return

I ordered this PSU as an upgrade for the bundled 300W in the Apex TX-381 Micro-ATX case. This unit is actually too small; that case will accomodate a full-sized ATX PSU! Not this site's or Ultra's fault. Seems like a quality product however, and quite compact and sturdy. This site's return process is hassle-free and payment was credited back quickly following receipt of the returned item.

Great modular design, bad fan

Great psu all around. Like that it is modular. The fan is Loud! Not only that it sucked air from the outside instead of the other way around. this was bad in my little case. customer service was not helpful. Opened the case myself, (yes, it voids the warranty) and switched it. Fan inside is just laying on top of the heat sinks! What's even worse is half the fan was blocked off by and piece of plastic that was glued to it. Why I don't know. I fan inside measures 92MM X 20MM. I am going to try a new 92MM X 25MM fan to see if that will quiet things down. Already voided warranty anyway.

I have a mini ATX case with a Aspire M5200 motherboard and SATA HDD and DVD RW on board. running Ubuntu 64bit. I like this power supply.

Nice PS

As it turns out I was not able to use the PS hence the 3 under performance, but since it seems to be such a well built PS I will keep it for future use.

I bought this PSU about 2 weeks ago, i upgradef from a stanard 300watt psu that came with my barebone kit, i bought this PSU because i thought my cahsis supported only m-ATX psu's, come to find out my chasis actually needs a ATX PSU, HOWEVER i liked this PSU so much i decided to keep it in my system even if there room around the sides and top i look at it as more air flow! this psu is so nice it comes with a bunch of wires for all your needs they all have a mesh material around them for good air flow, and this PSU is just all around great, makes organzing the inside of your computer ez and quick! id recommend this PSu for any1 who needs a 400watt psu or any1 that can only use a Micro ATX psu. good psu, alot of wires, and made very well!
