Slow to process
Extremely aggravating to navigate the web and check email, to the point I can actually set it down, go upstairs, get online with my laptop and complete the task before this tablet processes or allows me to reply to an email. Good for playing games. Spend a little more and get something better. You get what you pay for.

Excellent product for the price
Easy to use, fast response time but needs to have Google Play installed. This was a present and it was a great present.

Meets my Expectations
The combined features are better than most tablets 3x the price. I too had issues with battery life and sent back 1st tablet and it was quickly replaced with one that is much better. Speed is fine for what I'm doing. I can watch movies, read books and play music.

Great price, but functioning is slow.
I purchased this when it was on sale so I got a better deal and I'm overall pleased with the product for what I paid for it. However, the battery doesn't last long when gaming and it can be slow at times - especially initial start-up. Sometimes when mine boots it has a really grinding sound which worries me.

Nice product but difficult initial operation
The features packed in this product are great. I am fairly computer savy, but had some difficulty with the initial setup of this tablet and connecting to the internet. The Wifi is considerably weak compared to our laptop, but not unacceptable. My wife has an Ipad, which was twice as expensive and worked right out of the box, compared to several glitches we had to work through on Christmas day, just to get this one connected to the internet. I give it an overall 3.2 star rating.
