Doesn't work

Of all the systems that I've built, this is the first one that didn't work on first boot. I get power to the board; the fans run but nothing else, not even the POST beep.

Not Happy with quality

Got this one from a barebone kit. It seems they just sent me an used one, even with CUP lock base assembled up side down. The on-board NIC just die after using for a while. Have to reboot the PC to get it back to work.

Sufficient Yet Lacking

I Purchased this as part of a Barebones Kit. Normally in my experiences with ASUS in the past the motherboard comes with various little extras, This one doesn't. Overall its the same great quality that one would expect from asus even though it's lacking some features, but that has to do with price range. My only complaint is that there is no USB 3.0 or 2.0 headers.

Freezes up

I have been having trouble with this board since I bought it. I have tried swapping RAM, Video card, etc... as well as updating BIOS. No luck.

Waste of Money

I considered ASUS one of the better brands in the pc industry, but after going through three faulty mother boards I won't buy this brand again.

SO FAR SO GOOD

Board is performing great, no issues. I would like to mention I don't like the CPU fan being in the middle of two regular fan slots, and fan slot 0 in a different place. Made it hard to find had a few no cpu fan beeps when looking for it, my text was a bit harder to read too, maybe I'm just getting old.

ASUS.. Great Name

No major issues so far. Performing great and easy to navigate the BIOS modes for setting. Love the features.

Works great!

I've always been pretty happy with Asus motherboards and this is another that seems to be holding up well! For less than a hundred bucks, you get SATA III, USB 3.0, 125W CPU support, etc. I'm pairing this with an AMD FX 8350 and an MSI AMD Radeon 7950. Highly recommended!

Went beyond my expectations.

I got everything together and got Windows 8 loaded so fast I was amazed. It only took me 15 to 20 minutes to load Windows 8. My system is up and loaded in less than a minute. The price was right. I built my whole system for less than I would have paid for a preassembled system from 1 of the big manufacturers and a lot of junk software that takes a long time to remove. I have what I want loaded and not the junky outdated software they want you to have.
