The quality of this headset is great, it doesn't slide around on your head. Sound coming thru headset is clear and crisp, volume control has a great range to. But have to agree with other consumers this is not the most comfortable headset. Being a gamer I would not reccommend this headset. But for short term use it's a great buy. |

None of these headsets from any manufacturer seems to be as sturdy as you would like. That said this is a Plantronic and it has really good sound reproduction (we bought a second one after the first one of these we bought), it is comfortable unless you wear glasses. IF you wear glasses it is painful.
Nice product if you don't wear glasses or don't use it long.... |

Provides all the functions I need. The usb adapter is a nice touch for convience. |

The sound is pretty good, hard to tell with a SIP phone. I liked the fact that it had a stereo and mic connectors as well as USB. It really hurt my ears when wearing it though. |
