very good
first one came in cracked. return is very easy, just need to wait and stay home for pick up. second one came in perfect, no buzz, clear picture. rich program. 3D is good too.

Beautiful big screen
It was delivered in fine shape and on time. They called before delivery. It has a large, clear, flawless screen. Plenty of inputs. I hooked it up to the internet and checked the firmware and it was already updated. It has a bunch of apps you can add to the screen. I took one star from features because it does not have DVR to USB or SD card capability built in. In a nutshell, I love it. You will too.

the second one is great
the first one showed up and had a crack on both sides of the screen. wonderful customer service dealing with this issue. second one showed up and was more than i expected it to be. if i had another need for a tv this size i would buy a second one.
