Sent it back
I worked with their tech support for hours then gave up. They were nice, and knowledgeable but the Soft Ware is no good. Worked better on Win 7 than XP, but I needed to work seamlessly. I did not and they admitted to some of the problems.

Excellent Product
Arrived quickly. Product was well packaged and showed no shipping damage. Removed packaging, plugged it in and it works exactly as expected - no configuration required on my home network. I'm very pleased.

Perfect product works super great.....
I have installed several of the switches using various products such as voip, tvip, Ethernet topology and and work in concert with hpna topology. very solid very easy to use with zero problems. also realize that UVERSE technician use it to expand there network. I see why now iI have one and will order another just to put on the shelve.
