The build quality is very good except for a fairly flimsy on off switch on the headset. True plug and play works in seconds, may feel tight for people with larger heads. My wife finds it more comfortable. I have to attend long meetings by Skype and this allows me to move around my home. Range is up to 30 feet radius where clear and 10 ft through walls. |

I bought 2 of these, one in june, one in july for a gift. The gift broke before mine, speaker stop working in left ear piece. Speaker then broke on my left ear piece. The mute stop working also. For as much money they sure do break easy for only having one person using them. I wouldnt waste anymore money on these |

I have tried a number of headsets and this is by far the best. I was surprised at the noise suppression. It sugnificantly blocks outside noise. It is light weight and comfortable. A good buy for the money. |

This unit is a gem. Have you ever got caught up in your wires as you move about? Not anymore!
Out of the box ...charge it initially for 2 hrs, plug it in and ...voila, you're in business. Works well with Vista. Great sound on Skype as well as media player. Fits comfortably, nice features a definite buy.
Great service, received it in 3 days. My only criticism is that it could stand a little more volume... I like my music at 11.

This is the 2nd clearchat headset that i've purchased, and I am equally happy with both. They both work great. Our computers are on a far corner of the 1st floor of our house, and I can go anywhere in either the 1st floor, the basement, or on the 2nd floor and still hear perfectly.
My only complaints are that it is a bit pricier than i would prefer and that the battery life is only about 4 hrs. |
