These are awesome. Just using for everyday office use as well tv viewing through my video card! Perfect for home or office. The sub woofer is small in size but HUGE in sound. |

They waork great for just playing music or watching a movie. However I know that they are not at the top quality I could buy, but for the money they are great |

I did not think my sound would improve much with this speaker system because it was so inexpensive. Boy was I wrong. I can hear every little detail and my music collection sounds so much better. |

This is s decent 2.1 system, I was expecting a little better sound and bass, but it sounds good enough for everyday use.

These speakers are what you'd expect for $29. The sound quality is fair. The speakers look nice and can push out the volume but the range of the Bass is very mid-range and not with much power or depth.
From the pictures, it's hard to see how small the bass module is. It's only about size of a large Gatorade bottle and is made of thin pressed wood.
For the size and price, it does a decent job but don't expect home theater quality.
I also feel like the on/off switch and headphone jack make the system cumbersome with wires. For a desktop machine, the headphone jack is convenient. For a laptop, unnecessary since it would be easier to just unplug the jack and hook in headphones. In most cases, you're just going to set it up and leave it alone but the wiring feels too long in some places and not long enough in others. The speakers are separated by a Y-cable, rather than daisy-chained which forces you to set up the speakers a certain way and can limit arrangement. |
