Fantastic value - has features which rival units which cost much more. Setup and use are straight forward and can be done either with the front panel controls, remote, or mouse. The user's manual is not bad but needs to be a little more detailed. |

Although it is good quality it can be hard to figure out how to use. Great picture. Would be nice if it had audio options. |

Does what it claimed to do and a very easy simple setup. I would recommend it! If I needed another, I would certainly buy it again. |

I was very pleased with this product it did everything I expected it to do. For the price you can't beat it. Also the Tech support people at Q-See are very helpful. |

I've had this over a year and I thought it was working fine, but we got broken into last night and I went to check the video and the software locks up just about every time you try to skip ahead or FF, I installed it on another PC and even tried the newer DVR software from later models and got the same problem. There is no way to extract the files from the HD either, if you wanted to give the footage to the police you have to hit the capture button and let it play through the 8+ hours like dubbing a VHS tape! After giving up on finding the perpetrators on the cameras, I put it back into record mode and now the V-hold for the video out is gone all crazy and I can't get it back! I don't know what they other models or like but this one is a don't buy. |
