Great little Modem
I've used this modem before, and for the money you can't beat it. I use Windows Pro 7 64 bit and it works flawless. Can't go wrong with this, one.

Will not fit
The fax modem card looks great and appears to be a good quality product but it will not fit in my new HP mini-tower. I am sure Tiger Direct will investigate and do what is right so I am awaiting a response to my eariler inquiry. Before you buy, make sure it will fit your computer.

Only One I use - Top Quality!
This is the only one I use. Being stuck on dial up - the fact to works perfectly with phone tray is a God Send. Good connection speed too!

Can't go wrong
This is a modem for a mini-pc or compact pc. If you have an average size or mid-size tower you won't need this one. It works like it suppose to what more can I say.

HIRO V92 56K MODEM
WORKS FINE. CONNECTS AT 46666 kbps always. NEVER SLOWER OR FASTER. The modem on my older computer ( 10 years old ) connects from 46666 kbps to 50666 kbps. Not the fastest but seems to connect quickly. Haven't used the fax software yet. no problems after 30 days.

Puter Illiterates Take Heed!
I didn't know that two types of cards exists. My PC requires a full size card. This is a low profile card. I played McGiver and altered the original bracket to receive this low profile modem. Once I did that everything else took care of itself. A small note somewhere on the site educating us dummys would have been helpful. The product, however, works perfectly. Btw, I only use this as a basic fax modem.

no good
