Great camera for the price
This camera has an easy-to-follow menu. It takes great pictures which can be enlarged without becoming grainy. If you want to use it as a video camera, which you can do with a large capacity memory card, the picture quality drops off considerably - but remember that this is not a video camera.

Fuji digital camera look-alike
I got this GE X500 Digital camera in early 2011 here and it replaced an old Fuji digital camera which it closely resembles. Picture quality is decent and the zoom is good at 15X optical. It has the features I need to take decent photos and battery life is fine. I don't shoot videos with this sort of camera and use a camcorder for it. Overall, this was a good replacement to the very similar Fuji 12X optical zoom digital camera.

Excellent Product
We use this camera for work and it does its job with ease. We have had no problems at all with it and the picture quality is above what we expected and we will recommend this to anyone looking for a camera!

Very happy
The best camera I've had since a Nikon SLR I had 30 years ago. The pictures are clear and have quality that can be enlarged and not be grainy. I wish the batteries were rechargeable, I always take spares because they seem to run out quickly.

Good purchase
Bought this camera for my wife. Had to return it due to a stuck shutter. When we got the replacement a couple days later it's been nothing but praise from the wife. Been to the zoo, school functions, ect, pictures are great.

Extremely pleased with this camera
Got this camera as a gift for my wife on Mothers Day. Compared it to a Nikon and a Canon with similar capabilities. This one won out because of reviews I read. The others seemed to have an issue with battery life and I don't plan on carrying around 4 packs of batteries for a day out. Very pleased so far. Pictures are awesome. The zoom is amazing. Software that came with the camera is very cool (at least compared to other free products I've used.) I have no complaints.
