Didn't work
I hooked it up and it didn't work straight out of the box, video worked but no keyboard or mouse functions.

Good for price, but causes issues
We purchased two of these KVM switches, one for IT workbench, the other for staff. We found that it randomly has an affect on different machines where it seems to overload the USB 2.0 Hub, not letting the computer recognize thumb drives or external hard drives properly. This has turned this box into a fancy monitor switcher...

Easy Peezy
Works as advertised. I love the simplicity of the device, for I purchased it for work. My non-technical co-workers find it just as useful as I, and LOVE just having to push one button to view the two different PCs connected to it. Thanks again guys!

KVM diables all other USB ports
This KVM when plugged into my Compaq causes the PC to no longer recognize any other USB device - not even if you reinstall drivers, etc. OK product if you don't use your other USBs, but when you have external drives, USB printers, etc. it is near worthless.

Easy to install and Saves Space
Comes with requisite cables and you just connect and use. Allows the use one keyboard, one monitor and one mouse for 2 CPU's. Saves Space.

I almost hated to see it go
I used this for years and the only reason I got rid of it was because I needed a 4 port. I was using it with a Windows PC and a FreeBSD PC. Worked great. I gave it to my son and he's using it for his PC laptop and a MAC. No special drivers or special keyboard commands needed. It worked right out of the box.
