Great KVM Switch!!!
This is a great KVM switch. The hot keys work great and I have not had a single problem with losing the connections between my 3 computers, even during OS booting. I like that you can change the hot keys for keyboards that might not have a scroll lock key. I used to have a 2 port Belkin switch and it would have to be plugged in a few times when it lost a connection. But this thing is great!

Good buy!
I bought this thinking I needed an affordable but not too awful quality 4port KVM. I was actually quite suprised at their quality upon reciving them, as well as how easy they installed and how well they work. Some KVMs in the past have needed to be persuaded into getting all ports to work.. where this just worked with no tweaking or hassle. Always a nice to have things work out of the box. Owned for a few days, will post back if things go south but so far so good!

IT WORKS RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX
EASY SETUP THAT EVEN A NOVICE COULD PERFORM. HOTKEY SWITCH WORKED FIRST TIME. I DID HAVE TO RESTART THE COMPUTERS TO GET ALL KEYBOARD AND MOUSE CONNECTIONS WORKING. YOU CAN ALSO USE THE INDIVIDUAL BUTTONS ON FRONT OF UNIT TO SELECT PC. ALL CABLES ARE LOCATED IN THE BACK WHICH IS BETTER THAN A 2-PC SWITCH I HAD PREVIOUSLY.

Nice layout, flexible options, uncluttered cabling
This switch worked great out of the box. I have 3 different versions of windows connected. You must use their cables. Cables are short. Keyboard shortcut uses scroll lock, which many keyboards do not have except as a key combo. Front panel has a separate selector switch for each port, however, which is very convenient. Very nice cable management. All cables come out the back. Uses its own power supply.
