I'm an IT tech, and am used to troubleshooting cheap, no-name printers, but come on, HP!! Two failures in six months??!! Printer's status screen abruptly goes blank, unable to print ever again. Called HP support line, no resolution except replacement. Not with this model, no thanks! |
