this charger works great. as for the straps on the wii remote just slide them in the side of the nyko recharger and your all set to recharge your batteries. I only have one question though about the batteries. Where can i purchase replacement batteries?

Ok... This thing works, but it's a pain to get them to charge if you have the safety strap on your Wii-mote (which...who doesn't?).
I am considering using a drill to etch out a groove for the straps to rest in. It takes a few tries to get the Wii-motes to charge in this thing. Shame because when you actually get it to sit in there right with the straps connected (I value my plasma screen more than this charger to remove the straps), it actually does a good job.
Fix this design flaw Nyko!
