I bought these headphones after a few friends and coworkers raved about them. I'm the type of person who wears headphones for 10 hrs a day usually, during my commute and during most of my work day, so I figured I ought to spend the money and get a nice pair.
I've owned them for just over a year now, and I've lost track of how many times I've had to replace them. It's at least 6-7 times now. Luckily there's a store at the mall, and they swap them out on the spot otherwise I'd have just thrown them away.
The only good things about these headphones are the in-ear pieces. They fit well, the gel tips are barely noticeable, but they also get lost very easily. They pop off without much fuss and good luck finding them again.

purchased these for work and used them for five six days a week eight hours or more a day for two years these are the best and I have become a huge fan a 321 home theater companion 5 computer speakers over the ear head phones Bose is the only product in my home for sound.

Just like other bose - you seem to lose mid range.These are fair to good not excellent. I understand the Klipsch Image S4 is highly rated and less costly - thats next.
