I bought two of them and installed them with the crossfire system. It is unbelievable. Im playing startrek on line in ultra settings flawlessly.

Looks awesome, great features

Just as above this thing looks awesome, stays super cool, and performs pretty good. Use AMD catalyst drives with msi afterburner OC software for best results.

a must have

My title says most of it. If you're a gamer like myself this is a card you should consider for your build. It will easily run WoW, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and quite a few other games on max settings and still have room to play with. The fans on the card run extremely quiet and unless you're listening for the sound you won't hear them at all. excellent part and well worth the price.

This card is wicked

I upgraded from a 6570 which was ok, but this thing absolutely blows it out of the water. Keep in mind this card is huge, I had to modify my cabinet just to make this thing it. The card runs cool, is very quiet and I'm running Dead Island full blast without a hiccup.

No Issues. I play my games without worries

Price and value is what made me pull the trigger on this. I had to stick to my budget. I think it is a great card. Crysis (original) and crysis 2 run great. What else can I ask for.

Good performance for the money!

I highly recommend the 6870's especially to those enthusiasts on a budget. If you know what you are doing and are willing to overclock it further, you can get some VERY good performance. These will clock to well over 1000MHz with free utilities from other card makers that will work with all modern Radeon's. Mine of another brand came factory OC'd at 940 but runs stable at 1040 with an extra .1 volt and there are REAL performance gains from doing that.

Good Card with Amazing cooling!

bought this to replace radeon 4890 1gb. Runs a good 10-20c cooler at load, however haven't noticed a huge increase in performance.

Outstanding MSI quality as usual

I replaced a pair of MSI HD5770 Hawk cards with one of these babies. My WEI jumped from 7.4 to 7.8. I've been able to run everything in 1900x1080 without a hiccup. The card is factory OC'd and runs like a dream. Great Product!

The HD 6870

So far so good. Stressed, it only hits 62C. My old 5770 hit 73C. 14500 PC Mark Vantage, 4330 3D Mark 11. 69 fps in Far Cry 2 benchmark. It is factory overclocked but will go higher. Like 960 core and 4400 memory. I ran it there for a little while just to see if it would do it. I am using it at stock speeds. Well made card with metal shroud, not plastic. If you get a 6870 GET THIS CARD.
