Very good remote. Even my wife could use. I'm presently living in China, so I was worried I would have trouble setting it up, but went much smoother than I expected. Like the help screen when something doen't com on properly. Would like to see them add 5 activities to be controlled. If you are looking for a unversal remote, then I reccommend you but this one.

Answer to all my device problems

I had two items not in the computer listing for the remote to work. I called Logitech and they added the items through the internet directly to my computer. Great tech assistance. You'll love getting rid of all your extra remotes.

Look Eslewhere

It won't handle some devices unless you buy an adapter. I've tried to setup the keys at least 4 times and can not seem to get it right. This remote should come with a DVD on how to set it up. I have the an older model and was totally happy till some of the keys started going bad if I could I would send this one back.

No RF output

i got this along with the RF extender as said on their page but it dosnt have the RF out you have to get the 900 for that but i have this same one of at home and they work great other then that thy're takeing it back no problems

Top of The Line Remote

I was a little leary at first to spend that kind of money on a remote but I am glad I did. Once you learn how to set it up, the settings you can use are almost endless.If something does not turn on it walks you through it and easily does it for you. Learn how to set favorite channels and you will not have to scan the guide. I have a 7.1 surround reciever and everything I have runs through that. TV,xbox360,dvd player. No problem. Wow, one hell of a remote!! Thanks Logitech!!!

This is the One!!

Just like everyone else, I was tired of using 5+ remotes to work everything. I reviewed many remotes and decided on this one. Got this thing home and setup up for 9 devices in 30 minutes. Works very well with Windows 7. Remote is very comfortable in hand and easy to use. Battery life is good. No complaints at all.

Perfect for my needs

This device works exactly as it claims it does. I replaced six different remote controls with it in a matter of a few minutes configuration time on the internet. The only remote that was not in the Harmony database online was for my Dish receiver, but the Harmony was able to figure out what it was by just a press of three buttons on the Dish remote. The one thing that I'm surprised nobody has mentioned is the motion sensitivity of the unit. When you move it, the backlight and screen turns on automatically with no pressing of buttons. So if you're sitting on the couch in the dark and you feel around and find the remote beside you, by the time you get it into position to use it it has turned itself on and is awaiting input. No fumbling around to find the backlight key. I love it.

Very disappointing

Usually only turns on one device, sometimes no devices. Does not work while in the charger. Does not replace my Directv remote control. This device has not met my expectations.

Sweeeeet!

I've had the low end Harmony Remote before, and loved the ease of programming. This one is just as simple to program, and it's even better!! The look is very stylish--sleek and shiny--and the touchscreen is isn't just eyecandy, it's useful. Sensitivity is good (so no worries about pressing the wrong button). I love that the remote has a charging cradle so I don't have to futz around with batteries, and since the remote sleeps easily (while still remaining instantly responsive) the battery life is long and it charges quickly. Love it!!
