Great product. I wanted to get rid of the multiple remotes and was waiting for the right product that was an easy set up. This was it! A little pricey but was a third of the price that the electronic store was trying to sell me when I bought my entertainment system. |

This thing is a lifesaver for anyone who has someone in the house that is remote-challenged. We had 4 remotes to run cable, satellite, cd and sound and the TV and this now runs them all. It took a while to figure out that if the remote wasn't in the database that you can set it up yourself. It often starts ups everything but one component and requires you to hit the help, which then fixes it with a stroke or two. Fine for me, |

bought this remote and the 7 button didn't work. The replacement I recieved also has issues with features that don't work. Seriously questioning the value and reliabilty of this product. Makes me hesitate on any future purchases |

This is my second Harmony remote. The first one I bought nearly 5 years ago and it worked great until recently. This replacement unit works very well too. I really like the rechargeable base since my previous unit went through batteries fairly quickly. All the components are turned on and get set to the right inputs about 95% of the time. I believe this is one of the best units out there. |
