Cheaper in the long run and definitely more enviromentally friendlier than alkaline batteries. Speaking of enviromentally friendly, why do I have to pay 5 cents for grocery bags, when the supermarket has all the lights on in the parking lot at 3pm in the afternoon?
These batteries do not last in devices that are always on. They last only a couple of days in a wireless mouse. However, they are great in my camera, providing 50 to 70 pictures before being exhausted. |

I really don't understand why people continue to use non-rechargable batteries. If you do a cost analysis, rechargable batteries save you money in the long run. |
