Ripped off on the rebate
Patriot lost the receipt and then no response after faxing in the copy. No email to let me know the status of the rebate, just happened to check and see on website and had to call. Real inconvenient (50% off rebate).. product quality excellent but won't be enticed by anymore Patriot rebates.

Loved the product
My first 16GB Patriot Drive failed after 1.5 years. The company quickly replaced the drive without any questions. Patriot is a great product.

Best Flash for the $
I love this flash drive over any other that I own. The fact that don't have to find a little button and slide it open is the main reason I bought this one. I have others that are hard plastic and have a slide button. After trying this Patroit flash drive, I'm extremely satisfied with the quality and durability that is will be the only brand that I buy in the future.

Bad company
Company never did send out rebate - Product stopped working 1 year later! I hope their lengthy administrative warranty process is better then their rebate program. Being taken advantage of is not a nice feeling.

I have both the 32 and 16 gig models, they are extremely durable, and fast. one actually survived being run over when it fell out of my pocket at a job site. I would recommend to everyone.
