Did not work
I tried to use the product to transfer files from a Windows Vista machine to a Windows 7 machine, but it did not work. The transfer cable came in a ripped plastic bag and it maybe that the item was actually a return.

Mixed
I used this to move programs from an XP Home laptop to a XP Pro desk top via ethernet. Worked fine for Wordperfect Suite, Norton System Works and MS Word Suite. Did not work for three Sony video & audio editing programs.

Did not work
I installed this product, and that part went well. However, it would not boot to the start page in order to use it. I returned the item.

Never got it to run.
It would not run on my XP computer at all. I tried it on two different machines, multiple times. Never got it to run.

Very disapointed
I attempted to use the software upon receipt and low and behold it does not work with almost any Windows operating system and I quote from the information page ''Works with almost any Windows operating system, from Windows 95 to Windows 7.'' My old computer is running Windows XP and my new computer is running Windows 7. My new computer would not allow me to install the program because it is 64 bit. After doing research on the internet it has been made apparent that I needed a different version. Very disappointed in this product.

Good software, just don't count on the USB cable
