Does the job!
Been running this MSI P34(FX) board for 4 months now with an Ath II x3 450 in a new build. Set up and running without a hitch. No known problems with any functions or features. Haven't tried all the bells and whistles yet, as I use it mostly for general computer work and some gaming. Does everything I need it to do. I'm satisfied.

Good Value-Priced Motherboard
So far the motherboard has been great. It handles many 125W phenoms. It also works well with faster ram setups. It's made with solid capacitors. Has a great HD ALC887 on-board sound chipset. Update the bios if you are having issues. The latest has been very stable. I am likely to get another one of these for another budget build. My last MSI board has been going for 8 years!

Great value
I was looking to build a cheap family computer for the kids and this was a pleasant surprise. Paired with an AMD Phenom II Quad core CPU at 3.40GHz and 8GB RAM, this board blows away my laptop. Turn off the splash screens and self-tests in BIOS and it will boot up and I'm surfing the web in less than 30 seconds running Windows 7. It also has the jumper for an optional serial port so I can use my old MCU programmer once I install the port, that was a nice surprise. Very happy with this mother board.

You get what you pay for
It stalls on the logo screen due to USB confusion. Something is wrong with the Bios. Google it.

Fast Ram Bus
I bought this to support some higher speed ram. Works great. Very fast on boot up. Would be nice if it had EIDE support but for the price and performance I am very satisfied.

1 month in still running
I got this mobo with a bare bones kit and it has been running 16+ hours a day for a little under a month. I use it for gaming and while it's not top tier board, Along with other hardware i get amazing performance.

A very good board for the money
I am very please with the board. It works beautifully. Have it paired with an AMD Black quad core 3.8 ghz processor, 8 megs of DDRR3 memory, SATA 3 SSD drive, and Windows 8. It is blazing fast and work flawlessly.

Works Well
I installed an 8-Core AMD FX-8350 CPU and all is well. Setup was smooth and the installation of Win 7 Pro went well. I cannot believe such a complex, High Performance Motherboard can be so inexpensive! Thanks MSI!

Limitations
As a basic motherboard this is a good deal, but it's not what I wanted. It can only handle 16gb RAM and I'll need more than that to go with the 8 core chip running premiere pro and I need a major video card upgrade and this M-Board has significant limitations as to what it will accept. It wouldn't jive with an EVGA GTX 570 2 GB card, so I'm going to need tyo replace it in the near future.

Solid Motherboard Saddled with UEFI
Nice board. Solid state capacitors are a plus. My only complaint is that the motherboard uses UEFI to appease Microsoft. I have added a Linux HDD as well, and set UEFI to boot second. With a couple of keystrokes I can select the boot device. All in all it worked out.
