Great Modem - Excellent Speed
I had a Motorola Surfboard 2.0 that was working perfectly, however, wanted a DOCSIS 3.0 upgrade to give me the peed I craved. This was mid-range in terms of cost, but from a great brand like Motorola. It's easy to setup, consistent in performance.

So far so good!
Easy set up, connected immediately and is much faster than the cable modem supplied by our cable company which I have since returned and am not billed for monthly any longer. Time will tell, however...

Pretty Strong Product
Bought it as a replacement for a much older modem. This one works amazingly and I could definitely feel a big difference, glad I asked support which model I could use and looked around for the best prices :)

It looks large on this website butt in person it's very small for the price butt it do's work i guess as long as it work that's all that matters

Very good modem
Bought this to replace the Time Warner Surfboard when they started to charge monthly for theirs. Called tech support and within minutes it was up and running. All good so far.

Better than Comcast Modem
Replaced the Comcast modem with this one because the Comcast one failed once or twice a week. So far I have only had to restart this Motorola modem once in three weeks. It is one of the Comcast recommended modems and it just sits there doing its job. I thought it was a bit pricey but it does seem very reliable.

Rocketship
Works Awesome! Speed went up quite a bit over cable companies modem. Double at times. Actually hit 53Mbps during several speed tests where we were averaging around 22 Mbps with the cable companies modem. Great value.

Not too sure.
we got our modem from our cable company, the horrible Charter. It is having the exact same problems as our old modem, so I'm sure this one is fine since I have looked at many sites and its rated highly which I like that. But we are getting disconnected on our pc every hour, and on our playstation 3 we get disconnected every 15mins or less. Can't play any online games on playstation due to it.
