Dosen't Work
Computer keeps freezing up. Drivers not working. Re-booted with Windows 7 CD that came with computer, no help. Can't even play solitare on it, or get on Internet with out it stoping and having to reboot.

Great desktop!
Bought this for my mother (in her 60s). She was able to install it herself and is thrilled with its performance. Definitely a great buy!

Not Happy
Delivery was as suggested, set up very straight forward. Four weeks after purchase motherboard fry's. I did not know that when I called Joy Systems on 29th day after my purchase, just knew it didn't work. I waited over 20 mins. on phone & still had another 30 to wait, I was offered a call back if I left a message which I did on Feb. 13 and they never called back. I am going to eat this bad experience and buy a new computer locally.

2 strikes your out!
The first computer I recieved didn't start. Red blinking and beeping light. The second started but crashed every 5 minutes. Discouraged from trying for the third time. Costumer service was good, and both systems came very quickly. Too bad they didn't work. Also, calling long distance to the states both times and waiting on hold for 20min kinda sucked too. (refurbished by joy systems so you have to call them, before you can return) I think I'll try a new computer next...

First Tower
It has only frozen on me once and granted I was overwhelming the tower. As a neophyte to desktops, I thought this would be a great place to begin and I plan on upgrading the graphics.

Fantastic upgrade from my last computer
I was hesitant at first about buying an off-lease computer, but what I received was basically a brand new computer. It came with the Windows 7 disc and the key. It crashed a few times in the beginning and I had to re-install windows but now it is running wonderfully. Would definitely recommend.
