Shakey start, but am up and running now
My first unit wouldn't boot up, but after a call to tech support, a RMA shipping label was issued, the unit returned, and another unit shipped to me. The second computer arrived a few days later and seems to be working great. Would buy one of these again for my home use.

Overall a nice system, needs some tweaking
The liquid CPU cooling is a feature that I wasn't expecting, runs very quiet and cool compared to my old Systemax. However, although it included the Lightscribe software, it DID NOT have the DVDRW drive as listed. I also had to upgrade the video card and the memory to get what I needed out of it. I wasn't happy with the cheap mouse and keyboard included so they stayed in the box. Otherwise it seems to be a solid stable system.

Good computer after upgrades
Didn't come with Lightscribe DVD writer as listed. The operating system image was corrupted and had to reload upon arrival. Really sluggy with 2GB of memory. Added more and the thing really perks along now. Also added upgraded video card. Was getting video memory errors until added new card. Once configured the way I want it, it has been very stable and responsive. Darn good computer for doing simple things like email, photos, MS office stuff, and normal household type of programs. If your a techie and like to twiddle things like BIOS settings and such, this computer is very lacking. Very simplistic menus and choices. Stick with stock stuff and all will be well.

Outstanding Product
Small business owner. Insurance agency operation. Up and running in under 30 minutes. Fast as lightning. Well packaged for delivery and very clean, as if new. For the money, this was a no-brainer. Don't look further and buy one today. In fact, I'm getting a second one just for back up.

Great product
This is the first refurbished computer I've bought - would do it again. Faster response than my last one, and that one had a bigger chipset. Use it for music production - no hangups or dropouts since purchased, and I use many CPU intensive production plug-ins. Great product.
