My phone arrived in good time and working. However, what I didn't realize is that because it is an unlocked phone from the US all of the features do not work on my network in Canada. I cannot send or receive media. I have difficulties sending and receiving calls at times, probably 30% have to be re-tried. When I tried to return the phone, the rep I spoke to referred me to the limited return policy on this item. I guess you get what you pay for. I do like motorolla products however, and the phone itself is of good quality and the reception is good as well. |

I received a defective phone for $76.99 shipped to me. It smelled of burning electrical connections when activated, and emitted a buzz to the receiving party. It picked up my wiring in my home. In short it was defective, perhaps a return; as the plastic covering was not on the keyboard. They just sent it out to another. I am very disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU'LL WASTE YOUR MONEY. |

Supplier will thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you or your credit amount may be reduced or no credit may be issued at all.
1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet. |
