I got this for my brother who lives 3000 miles away. Step below my Intel I5 in processor speed but everything else is equal. Took a while to find him something within his budget.

My wife loves it

I bought this computer to replace my 2009 Macbook, and I must say that it's the best purchase I've made for a long time. I'm a big gamer, and I am very impressed with the performance. It plays diablo 3 quite well, even though I still have only 4GB of RAM. I look forward to playing all the latest games on it as well.

Samsung Customer Service is Horrible

I had a defective keyboard on my unit and followed the policy on sending it back to the Mfg first. What an absolute nightmare!! No repair, no returned calls, no accomodations for the countless hours I spent on hold. AND they were going to refurb my laptop without even contacting me. I loaded a number of product keys including Microsoft Office Pro 2010. Almost a month later, I still to NOT have a laptop. Sincerely UNHAPPY with this product. Now I have to start over with... I hope they can do the right thing for me.

Boots quickly, Very nice laptop, great price

Compact and light, well designed notebook, very silent and boots quickly. Enough RAM for the 64 bit windows, and the quadcore AMD seems to be a pretty powerful processor. Made it much faster by adding another 4GB of RAM making 8 GB. Great screen and minimal add on software make this a good buy. All in all, very happy. I'm be a loyal fan of you folks. You do right by me. Thanks!!!

Very nice unit, great price

This is a nice compact light, well designed notebook.Excellently runs all the programs I need it for . Boots a little slower than my desktop, (but that's an SSD main drive). Lot of drive space, enough RAM for the 64 bit windows, and the quadcore AMD seems to be a pretty powerful processor. I would have liked a card reader in it, but for the price it is very well equipped! All in all, very happy. I've purchased a few items from this company the last few years, and all were great items. At the time of purchase, I couldn't find better prices anywhere else. I'm be a loyal fan of you folks. You do right by me. Thanks!!!

Boots quickly, Great bright screen

Not the fastest but, for the price it's hard to beat. The backside is completely open and a couple additional USB ports would have been nice. Great screen and minimal add on software make this a good buy.

seems good to me, but slow on downloads

I'm pretty much a computer dummy, but this one seems to do everything it ought. No complaints, except that it takes forever to download something.

Nice product

Got this for my snowbird in-laws so they could do email and Skype with the grandkids. A tablet was a step too far for them. Its nothing fancy but has plenty of power for what they are doing. Good value.
