Works well. Looks good.
I bought this kettle after admiring it at the house of some friends. It looks good on the counter and offers cordless convenience. The kettle insulates water surprisingly well, so hot drinks remain a quick option for a while after the heating. Haven't had it long, so I can't speak to the reliability. As for the refurbished aspect. Mine seemed brand new on arrival.
