I reviewed this mouse a while before purchasing, but didn't check my laptop's Bluetooth chip manufacturer. That makes a big difference, I have an ACER America laptop 6920g, awesome laptop, with a Foxcomm Bluetooth chip in it. This mouse is only compatible with the Broadcomm/Widcomm Bluetooth chip. So my suggestion to any body looking to purchase any Bluetooth device, check the Bluetooth chip manufacturer of your Laptop or PC for compatibility before you buy. |

This mouse feels comfortable, looks and works great. I made a few mistakes buying it even though I researched long enough and choose this one. First of all, I was positive my new HP laptop was Bluetooth capable since I saw the Bluetooth logo in my Control Panel...not. Be sure you have the Bluetooth logo down by your clock. Second, I thought I was purchasing a mouse with a "zoom" that would actually magnify...not the same thing. The zoom on this mouse works good, as long as you want to click the scroll as a shortcut to zooming in particular programs that have that capability. If you want to have a button you click to have a nice magnification of the screen, you will have to find another mouse that will do that. |

This product comes with a drawstring pouch, batteries included for mouse. It has a nice feel to it, although I have not used it extensively. Works well with my Dell laptop running Windows XP SP3. I have not had any connection problems so far. Did not test the customization software or tilt wheel function. |
