RED ALERT! Beware of this product! Though it arrived in good condition and the physical setup was fine, despite having the correct print cartridges and following the setup instructions implicitly (several times) the printer would not load or print using the software supplied. After downloading drivers from the support page and reinstalling, the same malfunctions occurred. 'This Document Failed to Print' is all you'll get using WinXP. According to the support page FAQ's, the printer robotics are not controlled by the supplied software' (WTF?) The controller software called 'Zulu' is needed, but there is no listing as to where it is or if it can be downloaded. We are currently awaiting Microboards to respond to this issue. |
