This is a good product

Well, the product is Ok. The features are enjoyable and it is as advertised. As I held and used it after delivery, I got discouraged by its audio internal speakers: in fact, the Speaker's output is so limited for the gadget. The Screen as well is not mercury in display as many would expect - Its color resolution is quite poor. Apart from those two mini-defects, for me, the gadget is Ok as in portable, simple and very multi-functional.

I've had several Samsung phones over the years but this is my first smart phone. I love it! I'm still learning about all the features, and I would recommend this particular phone to anyone for their first smart phone.

EXCELLENT; Exactly as Advertised (Using in Japan)

I purchased this S5360 to replace my BB 9000 (old). It arrived in less than a week! I needed it to connect to our local provider in Okinawa, (NTT DoComo), which it did for making phone calls and text messaging by simply popping my SIM card into it. It would not however connect to the Internet. After I stopped at a DoComo shop, they explained that my BB plan was specific to BB, and I would need to add a 'Mopera' account to my new phone. (And they were jealous as to how small the phone was, since they don't have those here yet to sell). 10 minutes later (if that) I was online with DoComo for Mail, SMS', Internet - the whole shooting match - and for only about $20 more per month. (I also kept my BB internet agreement so I could use either phone, depending on what I was doing). So, if you live in Japan, YES this phone will work VERY well for you! Thank you for an excellent product at a great price!

I wasn't into smartphones I just got it to avoid a 2 year contract with ATT.I had my reservations but ATT assisted me in getting it to work and do all the things its capable of doing & I must say I am very impressed to see how far cell phones have come over the years. Great buy.One issue & that's on me my fingers are large and it rough to type but it is what it is......

Great smart phone for price

This is my first smart phone and I love it. It comes with all the basic bells and whistles. Android OS is great. GPS is quick and give my position quickly. Sound quality is great. This phone comes with a European charger. But socket extension for US outlets is included.
